Once both of those are removed you will need to remove the oil filter stem with the 24mm socket. The socket will need to be somewhat long as a lot of short 24mm sockets don’t fit all the way down onto the hex section of the stem.
At this point you can now sit the oil cooler core on top of where the oil filter just came from. You will need to snake one of the hoses under the air conditioner compressor whilst doing so, once the oil cooler core is down onto the platform where the oil filter came off you will need to turn the whole core until the hose on the right has sufficient clearance from the yellow oil cap.

Once that is done you can now insert the stem down the oil cooler core and tighten it up (holding the core so it doesn’t spin with the stem). Make sure the stem is tight enough to give an adequate seal.
